I am going to post only twice a week

I am not going to post everyday I noticed it is a bit excessive so Instead I will post once at the begining with my goals for the week and long term goals and once at the end with my update photos but I will continue to include my daily diet and exercise but all in one post instead!!

NO ONE CAN STOP YOU FROM ACHIEVING YOUR DREAMS!

I fell behind on posting daily so I will post 2 in 1

ps, I had a brief binge on wed although I did purge most of it (because it made me feel sick) and I was at the gym at 5am (literally 3 hrs after it occured)

11/8/12 THURSDAY

weight-128.8lb

WHAT I ATE
Breakfast-8:45am 2hb egg whites & 1 orange
Lunch-2:00pm 2 tilapia loins and 1 salmon
Dinner-8:00pm 2hb eggs
Bedtime snack-1:00am 1 cucumber

EXERCISE
went to the gym @ 7:30am and worked out pretty hard

11/9/12 FRIDAY

weight-127.4lb

today I am going to post my weekly update pictures! When I started this blog I was 135 today I weighed in at 127.4

****although I have failed to mention that I had a mini binge on white chocolate this evening because I got sooooo excited about tomorrows cheat day and bought my cheat day food in advance terrible terrible idea I definitely learned that lesson I Immediately went to the gym and ran 5 miles and lifted weights so in a way eating bad gives me motivation but I am doing it all too often I need to be more comfortable in my diet and only do it one day a week if that! since I slipped so many times this week I am going to make myself wait 2 weeks until my next cheat day actually I might as well ride it out until thanksgiving

and since tomorrow is my cheat day and I "pre" cheated I am going to wake up early and hit the gym and then eat healthy breakfast and healthy lunch (with a little lee way not as strict but still very healthy) and then enjoy my dinner with my dad at a charity event and then make goodies with my best friend at my dad's house after :)

soooo WHAT I ATE TODAY
Breakfast-10:30am 1 grapefruit
Lunch-1:00pm 1 tilapia loin 1 salmon
Dinner-5:00pm 1 bag of salmon jerky, 4 pieces of shrimp, 4 apples, brown rice soy mac n cheese (GROSSSS) AND THEN A FEW BITES OF PEANUT BUTTER and unsweetened applesauce WITH A LOT OF WHITE CHOCOLATE

EXERCISE
went to the gym immediately after chocolate intake ran 5 miles and lifted weights

I can see a little improvement I am 7lb's lighter in these pics...lets hope next week I look even better! I am not expecting to loose 7lbs again because the weight loss will slow down but I am aiming for 115 lets do it friends!!

just a brief check in

WEDNESDAY 11/7/12
i tried to fast today since I had a little splurge late last night
didn't quite work but I made until 4:00 pm
and I was at the gym at 5:00 am ran 3 miles did some weights and rode my bike to school
So I think I made up for my splurge although it doesn't compensate for it.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Lunch-4:00pm 2hb egg whites
Dinner-9:00pm 2hb eggs, peas, broccoli, and onions

I didn't weigh myself today because I was at my dads last night and didn't have a scale BUTTTT tomorrow is my check-in "WATCH ME SHRINK" DAY for WEEK 2 and I'm really excited about it, although I had my slip up right before it damnit!

**I decided it is healthy for me to have one cheat day a week and it is going to be either friday,saturday,or sunday!! and this will give me something to look forward to all week so eat clean and then figure out exactly what it is that I want that week and it will be great! plus I will create heathy alternatives for my cheats =]

Today was great I made it alllll the way through today no problems yet I'm feeling a binge coming on and I'm trying soooo hard to resist I will resist! YES I WILLLLLLLL! I AM TYPING THIS OUT BECAUSE I AM FEELING IT NOW! I AM AT MY DAD'S HOUSE AND THIS IS THE KEY PLACE I BINGE I ALWAYS BINGE HERE BUT I AM COMING BACK ON SATURDAY WHICH IS MY REAL BINGE(OR CHEAT) DAY!

BUT IT IS ALL A LEARNING PROCESS BECASUE I GOT UP AT 5 AM AND RAN 3 MILES AT THE GYM AND RODE MY BIKE TO SCHOOL AND HOME
AND HAVE ONLY HAD 2 HB EGG WHITES TODAY TO MAKE UP FOR IT =]

I made it through another day!

Hello World!
today was good I rode my bike half way to school(took the bus the other half, which is usually how I do it, so all in all it comes out to about 12 miles to and from). Then I went and checked out this kickball league that my friend from work invited me too and it looks so awesome I can't wait to be apart of it next year and make more friends. I'm going through a transition in my life right now where I threw away all my old "friends" who were really just fellow party goers and I am working on building new relationships that will last, have substance, and most importantly that are REAL I'm much happier about  it. Anyways enough about me lets get to the good stuff my weigh in and what I ate today ;) Interestingly I didn't cheat on my diet AT ALL not even the slightest but I did cheat on my exercise although I rode my bike a lot I didn't finish p90x2(day 4, total body&ab ripper) BUT I did make a promise to myself that I will finish it first thing tomorrow morning on top of tomorrows workout as well :)

Breakfast-11:15am 2hb(hardboiled) eggs & 1/2orange
snack-1:40pm carrots
Lunch-5:00pm 2can tuna & salad(lettuce,spinach,green peppers,tomatoes)
Dinner-9:00pm 2hb eggs & 1 orange
Bedtime snack-lettuce with red wine vinegar

EXERCISE
p90x2(day4) total body and ab ripper ( I ONLY DID HALF OF THE PROGRAM AM GOING TO FINISH IN THE AM) ps thats 2days in a row I have put things off and that is not a good attitude. I also rode my bike about 12miles

See you guys tomorrow I am going to do a little more nighttime online nutrition hunting and then go to sleep!

today I felt OK

sooooo I keep ending my days so late that technically my posts are showing up as the "5th" when my regime today was the "4th", that is just letting myself know that I need to get more done quicker and just get it done and do it. I have sooooo many things and grandiose thoughts that I want to accomplish sometimes I need to just slow down and remember I can't do it all. Today went pretty well although I'm feeling guilty for eating an avocado and some lettuce before bed which is NOT normal but I am kind of on a "strict fad diet" because I am someone who likes structure but it does tell me that I am doing something wrong when I am eating an avocado and that just isn't the case. In conclusion I am not being as hard on myself as I was before but I am remaining strict I want to be the best I can be and I am willing to put the effort in for the results!

SUNDAY 11/4/12

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Breakfast-11:15pm 2hardboiled egg whites & 1 orange
Snack-2:00pm 1 cucumber with cajun spices
Lunch-4:30pm 1can tuna, 1 orange, & 1/2 avocado
Dinner-9:00pm (pre dinner I had some carrots) 2hardboiled egg whites, 1 orange, & 1/2 avocado
Before bed-12:30am lettuce with red wine vinegar

EXERCISE
according to the p90x2(day3) is my rest and recovery day with light mobility so today I rode my bike to the grocery store and back which was a decent distance probably about 4 miles total.

TOMORROW IS MONDAY THE BEGINING OF THE WEEK I HAD MY DAY TO REST AND CATCH UP TODAY SO TOMORROW I AM GOING TO TRAIN REALLY HARD!!! I hate being one to say "tomorrow" because the time is NOW but I am in bed so no it's really not but my mindset is focused on the now and I'm readyyyy!!

I have been following a lot of people on beachbody.com and ready many health facts and watching youtube videos and I'm so excited about my new healthy lifestyle and getting lean I feel the energy difference and confidence already. Even when I have a cheat day I can barely move I feel so fat those are all signs of me listening to my body tell me not.

Day 3 was difficult

Today was difficult for me because I had a little slip although although it was just ONE cookie thats ONE less day I am closer to my goal, I just couldn't resist it was so fresh and hot out the oven and the chef at my work made them and every time I walked into the kitchen they were just sitting staring at me so I caved. I need to have stronger will power when it comes to little things like that, practicing better habits will form new habits.I realized I have to set goals for myself and rewards to come along with it so when I reach 125lb I am going to buy myself something that makes me happy(something cheap) tomorrow I will figure out exactly what it is that I want. When I reach 120 I will buy myself something a little nice and when I finally reach 115lb my dream since nearly 8th grade I will absolutely buy myself something I have been longing and I am going to get my hair done and bring in the new year just how I want too :)

I need to take the time to do more things for myself I can't wait to start making more jewelry and dating and enjoy my sobriety I need to stay focused on my end result and remain calm daily. Also I need to get my butt back in the gym! It has been over a week and that is ridiculous why would I pay for a gym pass if I'm not even going tomorrow is a new day and I WILL BE IN THAT GYM!
