Hello Everyone!
I have never blogged before EVER or even had a blogging account, sooooo I guess it's time that I finally hop on the bandwagon and what better way than to put myself to a challenge right!? So here it is I am attempting to loose about 20lbs and possibly enter a bikini competition... I'm really not too sure, but I am sure that I want to get in the best shape of my life and finally be happy and content with myself! I am also very inspired to play soccer in college and work on getting recruited(again) and receiving another scholarship. Playing for UCLA is my main focus right now and my greatest dream I have had since I was a child. I hope to inspire others around me as well! So here it is my day1 photos of my challenge! I will post my diet daily as well as my daily exercises and how I am feeling about myself and what I ate, I am sticking to a strict no sugar no carb diet with one cheat day a week. I will only post check-in photos once a week to see transformation :) I am 22 yrs old and my height is 5'5. Ultimately I am creating this in hopes to create a support system for myself and inspire others, here goes nothing or should I say SOMETHING!

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Breakfast-10:00am 2 hardboiled egg whites & 3/4 orange
Snack-1:30pm cucumbers with seasoning salt
Lunch-3:00pm 2 hardboiled egg whites and 1 bag of frozen peas
Dinner-9:00pm 1can of tuna & Salad(lettuce tomatoes and cucumber with lemon)
EXERCISE
Today I didn't exercise much although I did ride my bike to and from work which is 4 miles each way so 8 miles total on my bike
