Hello Hello!
Today was my day off from school (friday) I woke and kept a positive mind frame and started p90x2(for the 5th time) but this time I am going to commit to it and follow through all the other times I quit around the 5th day lol and just stick to the gym instead, but I am much more serious and committed I have tried for the past few months now on working on my body and getting in tip top shape and I have been very yo-yo like and have done a lot of research on it and I have seen my body transform and fall back and I refuse to fall back again.
Also today I met with a boy at the coffee shop by my house, I know I sound lame but honestly I never go out on dates or meet anyone and he was so awesome and he was sober like me too! I really enjoyed his company and talking with him and I hope we meet again soon he really made me happy today :)

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Breakfast-11:00am 2 hardboiled egg whites & 1 baby tangerine
Lunch-3:00pm 4 apples (I think is a bit excessive but I was starving)
Dinner-10:00pm 2cans of tuna & salad(lettuce tomato cucumber onion in a vinaigrette 'which is very low cal almost none not a dressing or anything just plain old vinaigrette gives great flavor')
Bedtime snack-1 casein protein shake

Rode my bike to and from work (8miles total)
Overall I feel today was pretty successful I don't feel I over or under ate and surprisingly I wasn't starving at any points today, sometimes on this strict diet I get extreme cravings and tend to cave in sometimes but I feel very confident about it and myself. The reason I had such huge gaps in between my meals was because I was either working out or literally working so it ended up well for me.
